Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
United States
Free shipping on all US orders over $95. For orders under $95, standard rates apply at checkout.
International
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We'd recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering so there are no surprises.
A Few Things to Know
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. During busy periods (launches, holidays, or high-volume sale events) processing may take an extra two or three days. We'll always let you know.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out at hello@lunaleila.com and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@lunaleila.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged - we'll make it right.
